To configure Idler Management:
Navigate to >> Idler Management in the left slider menu.
A list of various functions, failures and filterable items which can be configured will appear below Idler Management.
Select the required item (eg. Idler Types) and a pop-up window will appear. Typically, the pop-up windows contain a Create button which, when selected, will allow you to input the relevant information required, and associated Business before saving.
The exceptions to this can be found in the Access Issues and CT Admin windows where, completing the Business, Group, Department and Area fields is mandatory before the record can be created.
The Idler Tag Customisation window displays all of the drop-down fields but only the Business field is mandatory.
