Using the Software - Adding attachments

There are many opportunities to attach relevant supporting documents and images in the PDS software. The process for adding an attachment is the same throughout the software. Supported file formats include PDF, TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PNG, Word and Excel documents.

*Please note, multiple files can be attached but the maximum individual file size must not exceed 4Mb.

  1. Whenever creating or editing a record, you will see an Attachments tab.
  2. Click on the tab. You will see a thumbnail of any existing attachments. Click on any to enlarge.
  3. Click on the Add Attachment button and browse to the required file/image.
  4. When the file has been attached successfully, the word Done along with a tick will appear in the top right corner. You can continue attaching files if required.
  5. Click on Save & Close once complete.
