The planned initial App Store release of the iPhone app for BYOD clients is now available, delivering the full features of PDS Idler product.
In this Announcement
iPDS is designed to operate in offline mode, enabling users to continue to capture information in areas of no or poor internet connectivity.
This release enables users to log in and synchronise data, identical to the iPad App, with a new user experience designed for iOS devices from the iPhone SE, 5, 6, 7, 8 and X.
This release enables users to create, edit, delete, view and close out idler and structure failures similar to the iPad App.
The iPhone App also supports the FLIR One Integration, automatic GPS tagging of failures (using location services) and adding attachments from the Photo Library or from the Camera.
This release also allows users to preview and send the latest 'Work Management - Idlers' or 'Work Management - Structure' reports.
All of the usual steps for installing and upgrading iPDS from the App Store. Please see the release notes for further information.
