Navigate the left slider menu to Navigation > Inspections > Unplanned > to required equipment. Select the Equipment Type.
There are three options to choose from for the Inspection record.
Selecting OK will save a Good Condition record with the date of the inspection.
Selecting OK with Details allows comments to be added and photos to be attached.
Selecting Not OK allows condition, fault codes, results, photo attachments, comments and actions to be saved as an inspection record. It is mandatory to select a fault code from the drop downs to create the record. To add information to text fields, click on the box and type in text.
