Unplanned Outage, 2018-07-09

We were advised at approximately 9.15am AEST by our hosted server infrastructure provider that a recent firewall update has resulted in some iPads and iPhones being unable to connect to the server, causing a Sync Failure 500 message to be returned to users. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

This fault had been rectified by 12.30pm AEST.
