wearmanagement EntityType

Purpose

Returns wear test information for any conveyor asset including calculated information on replacement dates for the belt section by functional location (Business, Group, Department and Area) in a simple data set. This information reflects what is shown in the Wear Profile and Trend Report. This is suitable for use with Power Query in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Spotfire and Tableau.  

The data returned can be limited using optional parameters and by records updated within a maximum 6 month period. Any belt section installed outside this time frame will not be returned.

Properties

Properties represent fields of data stored in the entity. Some properties are nullable.

Primary Key: None returned. equipmentId is unique to each belt section.

Foreign Key: equipmentId, areaId, testId.

All nullable fields are represented with an * asterisk in the data type column.

Display Name Data Type Details
businessName nvarchar(50) Displays the full Business name.

areaId int Displays the Foreign Key for the associated Area.

equipmentId

int Displays the Foreign Key for the associated equipment / asset.
equipmentType   nvarchar(50) Displays the equipment type for the associated equipment / asset.
equipmentDescription nvarchar(250) Displays the equipment description (a combination of attribute information) for the associated equipment / asset.
installed int Returns a value indicating if an asset is installed or not.

partNumber

nvarchar(50) * Displays the part number assigned to the asset.

installDate

datetime  Returns a date time in UTC that the belt section was installed.
installDateLocal datetime Returns a date time adjusted to the local time of the user.

scheduledCOutDate

datetime * Returns a date time in UTC for the scheduled (nominated) change out date of the equipment.
scheduledCOutDateLocal datetime Returns a date time adjusted to the local time of the user.

scheduledShut

 

nvarchar(50) * Returns the nominated scheduled shut value.

removalDate

datetime Returns a date time in UTC that the belt section was removed. Should only be populated if installed is false.
removalDateLocal datetime Returns a date time adjusted to the local time of the user.
hasTests nvarchar(50) Returns the number of wear tests recorded for the equipmentId
lastTestDate datetime Returns the date time in UTC of the last test.

nvarchar(50) Returns the number of wear tests recorded for the equipmentId

lastTestMinimum

decimal(18, 1) Returns the minimum result for the last test from this partition.

testId

int Displays the Foreign Key for the associated test.

wearSurface

nvarchar(50) Returns the wear surface that was tested. Will be either Top or Bottom.

wearMeasurementType

nvarchar(50) Returns the type of wear measurement being recorded. Will be either Thickness or Hardness.

partition

nvarchar(50) Returns the partition the test on which the minimum result was recorded.
testedBy nvarchar(50) * Returns either an email address for the user account or an entered name of the person that recorded the wear test.

testValid

int 

Returns a value indicating if the test is valid or not.
Default Options:
0 : False
1 : True
