How do I reset my password ?
Your username is your email address, and your password is the one that you set from the link that was emailed to you from PDS support.
As a guide, your password will have at least six characters and a minimum of one upper case character, a lower case character and a number.
If you cannot remember your password click on the Forgot my Password link on the login screen.
On the password reset screen, enter your email address and click the Submit button to get sent a password reset link by email.
Please note after resetting your password, you may have to go into your browser settings and clear saved passwords and form data. This will ensure that invalid information is not being entered for you automatically.
