Accessing the support site from the iPad App

Once logged in on the iPad, on every screen there is a small gear icon on the bottom right to access the Settings menu. Tap on this icon.


Under Support, tap on Help Center (Connectivity required).


Either scroll through to the relevant sections, expanding to See all articles if required, or you can also use the search bar at the top by entering in key words associated with the article you are looking for.
