Tap anywhere along the row of an existing failure (except for the 
or 
icons) to edit it.
The pop-up screen, Edit Idler (or Structure) will appear at the top. Update the failure information, complete all mandatory fields, add attachments and add comments as necessary, then tap Tick 
to save.
Any non-mandatory fields have a drop down where None can be selected to enable editing for previously selected options.
