Navigate to the relevant area, locate and select the failure to delete. An idler or structure failure can be deleted two ways.
Using the row menu
Click on the Row Menu 
icon on the record row and click Delete to delete the record. Click Yes on the confirmation message.
Using the Edit Idler screen
If you want to check the idler information before deleting it, you can click on the vertical ellipse icon on the record row, click on the Edit button and click the Delete button. Click Yes on the confirmation message, click No to quit without deleting.
