Click on the hamburger icon at the top left, and then click on Support.
This will take you to the support page. Here you can Submit A Request if you have an issue you need help with, or you can use Search to find more information on the software. Clicking on the icons at the bottom of the page will let you browse through the available support articles. You don't need to sign in on this page.
