Create a support ticket

Users can contact PDS for support by creating a support ticket from within the iPDS app (an active internet connection is required to use this feature). Tap the Settings iphone_icons_settings.png icon and tap Contact Us to view open support tickets. 


Tap the Edit icon at the top right corner of the My Tickets window to create a new support ticket.
