The following guide is a quick reference to all icons and acronyms used in the iPDS app.

LOGOUT Used to logout of the iPDS app for iPhone. |

CHANGE MODULE Used to switch modules in the iPDS app for iPhone. |

SETTINGS Used to display the Settings menu. |
 |
HAMBURGER Used to display the Navigation menu in the iPDS app for iPhone and iPad, also used to display the Quick Actions menu in the iPDS app for iPhone. |

PLUS Used to create a new record or add attachments. |

CANCEL Used to cancel the current action or function. |
 |
TICK Used to save the current record or complete the current function. |
 |
DELETE Used to delete the current record. |
 |
PAPERCLIP Used to open the Attachments screen for adding, deleting or editing photo attachments. |

PENCIL Used to open the photo annotate functions for the selected photo attachment. |
 |
CLOSE OUT Used to close single or multiple idler failures and inspections. |

HORIZONTAL ELLIPSES Used to generate one of the available Quick Reports. |

PARAMETER Used to modify the report parameters for the active Quick Report. |

Used to email the active Quick Report directly from iPDS. This is different to using a configured email client on a device. |

I Used to indicate a record relates to an idler failure in Idler Management. |

S Used to indicate a record relates to a structure failure in Idler Management. |
