At the Business, Group and Department levels (explained here), tap the dashboard title to switch to the At Fault Inspections dashboard.
The At Fault Inspections dashboard displays any outstanding corrective actions, for any asset at or below the current functional location.
At the Area functional location, tap on an Asset on the Dashboard.
TIP: Closed inspections are only visible for 7 days after the last saved date. Open inspections are always shown until they are closed, and then the above rule applies.
For phone, tap on the quick actions Hamburger 
icon, top right, to display the Quick Actions menu and tap on Inspections to record new or view existing inspections.

Tap on Inspections to display existing open inspections against the selected Asset.
Tap anywhere along the row of an existing inspection to view the inspection details.

Tap the Cancel 
icon to return to the Quick Actions menu.
