Creating an Associated Inspection Asset in Complex

Navigate to the required Chute / Panel layout. Under the Quick Actions pane, click on the Associated Equipment button.

In the toolbar, click on the “+” Create Equipment Record button and choose the relevant line from the drop down eg. Screen Components, Chute Structure.


On the Asset screen, click on the Item box to view the drop down options. Select applicable item. If the Asset is not listed, click on the 3 dotted ellipses on the RHS (Power User level required) then in the General Equipment table, click “+” Create Record, add the Asset Name, Business, Equipment Type and Save.


Equipment will now appear in the dashboard, able to be selected for an Inspection.
