Below is a brief explanation of the Inspection Reports. A copy of the At Fault and Conveyor Inspection reports are also attached.
At Fault Inspections Report – Displays any Inspection record which has been created with an At Fault condition (Fault Minor, Out of Spec etc.) from both Planned and Unplanned Inspections. Records will show on this report until they are “Closed Out”. A number of filter options, including by Business through to Equipment Type, Time Period and showing Good Inspection records.
Conveyor Inspection Report – Displays Inspection records created through Asset Management Inspections on the Web and Mobile apps. Specific to conveyors, it has a number of Filter options, including by Business through to Equipment Type, Time Period and showing Not Closed Out or At Risk Condition only. It also displays a belt map of the conveyor, showing belt sections and joints.
Planned Inspection Report – Displays the report for Planned Inspections (task based) which are preconfigured in PDS.
